We are past the point of party politics.
We are past the point of debate and appeasement.
We can and must replace both our President and our Vice-President this year. Here is why...
The President and VP take an oath to uphold the Constitution. Trump and Vance have repeatedly taken actions in direct opposition to that oath of office.
The Fourth Amendment
According to the Fourth Amendment, government agents cannot engage in search and seizure without a warrant signed by an impartial judge. Trump's administration has specifically instructed ICE agents to forcibly enter private homes with only administrative warrants from ICE, and not with judicial warrants. Administrative warrants are sufficient to empower agents to find and arrest specific persons in public areas, but they are not sufficient to empower forcible entry into private residences. This is a flagrant constitutional violation on the part of Trump, which Vance has openly supported.
The Twenty-Second Amendment
Trump and Vance - along with various supporters such as Steve Bannon - have repeatedly expressed an intent to ensure that Trump serves a third term as President. They seem to think that they have found a loophole. However, no such loophole exists. Any attempt to create such a loophole would be flagrantly illegal. Trump and Vance have already violated their oath of office simply by planning to do this.
Emoluments
It is constitutionally forbidden for the President to accept emoluments from foreign entities. This is laid out in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8. Trump has repeatedly violated this statute. Some examples are given in the next section.
Donald Trump has been involved in numerous instances of suspected corruption. Taken alone, any one of these could normally end a presidency. They have become so frequent with Trump that the public has become inured to the idea. Here are some of the main items of possible corruption related to Trump:
- $400 million jet. Trump has expressed his intent to accept a jet from Qatar valued at $400 million. He has claimed that this was a gift to the nation rather than to him personally, but sources close to him have indicated that the plan is for the jet to transfer to his control after he leaves office.
- $500 million cryptocurrency investment. A member of the Emirati royal family invested this amount into the Trump family’s cryptocurrency firm World Liberty Financial just before Trump’s inauguration. Critics say this influenced Trump's decision to give the UAE access to critical Nvidia chips for which export is carefully controlled.
- $2 billion Saudi investment in Affinity Partners. Jared Kushner - Donald Trump's son-in-law - runs an investment fund called Affinity Partners. This fund accepted a $2 billion investment from the Saudi public investment fund. Since Affinity has been charging hefty management fees without producing profits for investors, it has been argued that Affinity is simply being used as a buffer entity for corruptive influence.
- Highly suspicious pardons. Trump has pardoned numerous individuals who, by all accounts, were very guilty and unrepentant and should not have been pardoned. Some examples are Trevor Milton, Paul Walczak, Rudy Giuliani, Glen Casada, Cade Cothren, Todd and Julie Chrisley, Changpeng Zhao, and Steve Bannon. This is a non-exhaustive list. Some of these pardons seem to have come with a very clear quid pro quo, with the pardoned person or someone close to him or her donating a substantial sum of money to organizations related to Trump.
- $10 billion IRS lawsuit. An IRS contractor leaked the tax information of 400,000 Americans, including Donald Trump. In response, Trump has filed a lawsuit against the IRS claiming $10 billion in damages. Even though the tort is legitimate, the damage claim is obscenely excessive. There is also an obvious conflict of interest, as Trump is ultimately in charge of the IRS. On top of that, there is a massive conflict of interest. As Trump has stated: "I'm supposed to work out a settlement with myself." While legal barriers exist that are intended to keep the President from influencing such decisions, he is still ultimately in charge of the IRS, and taken in context of his past behaviors, this statement strongly suggests that he intends to disregard such barriers.
Note: This is not an exhaustive list of possible instances of corruption related to Donald Trump.
When Barack Obama was President, Donald Trump repeatedly criticized him for using his powers to take military action without the approval of Congress.
In his time as President, Trump has engaged in activities more objectionable than anything done by any other President in recent history by threatening to use our military to forcibly annex Greenland. Only Congress can declare war. While it has become unfortunately normal for Presidents to engage in ambiguous policing actions without the approval of Congress, the act of invading, conquering, and annexing a foreign country is unquestionably an act of war and cannot be undertaken by the President without a formal declaration of war by Congress. Even threatening to take such action is both unconstitutional and highly unethical and is a violation of the President's oath of office.
Donald Trump has tried to justify his threats to use force to take Greenland by claiming that Russia and China are both poised to take the island. He has claimed that both countries have warships frequently operating in close proximity to Greenland. These statements are completely false.
The President of the United States is obligated to uphold treaties that have been made with foreign nations.
The North Atlantic Treaty is a long-standing treaty with some of our closest allies and is one of the most important frameworks with the power to oppose the overt expansionism of Russia. By threatening to invade and conquer the territory of a NATO partner (Denmark), Trump is effectively stating his intent to disregard NATO and unilaterally bring about its dissolution.
In addition to this, despite Trump's statements about how he regards Denmark's claims over Greenland to be illegitimate, a 1916 treaty between the USA and Denmark has long established that we do, in fact, officially recognize Denmark's claim on the island. Trump has no authority to disregard or revoke that treaty.
In his actions that constitute abuse of war powers and violation of treaties, Trump has endangered the NATO alliance and has thereby done massive harm to our position on the global stage. The dissolution of NATO would critically undermine our ability to resist antagonistic powers. It may not be that Trump is knowingly acting as a traitor, but this is exactly the kind of thing that a traitor would want to do.
It is still unclear just how deeply Donald Trump was involved in Jeff Epstein's heinous sex trafficking ring. However, the following points are clear:
- Trump and Epstein were close friends for at least a decade while Epstein was committing these crimes.
- Trump was present at a number of Epstein's parties and flew on Epstein's plane a number of times.
- Epstein was a frequent visitor at Trump's properties for some time.
- While Trump claims that he made a telephone call to the police to report Epstein's criminal activity, this call was made only after Epstein had been arrested and charged, and Trump gave no meaningful information to police. In the call, Trump did admit that he had known about Epstein's crimes for years, though he apparently had said nothing to police about it until then.
- Even though Trump vowed to release the Epstein files during his campaign, since he has assumed office, Trump has repeatedly delayed the release of the files and has instructed DOJ personnel to redact large amounts of information that is relevant to identifying guilty parties.
Despite Trump's statements about how we should all just "move on", the truth is that this story is still developing, and it is likely that Trump has been so adamant about withholding information because that information is damning for him personally.
Even if Trump is not guilty of direct involvement in Epstein's sex crimes, it is clear that Trump has intentionally shielded various guilty parties from investigation and prosecution.
This an the other items listed here amount to "high crimes and misdemeanors" as identified in Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution and therefore stand as ample basis for the impeachment and removal of Donald Trump as well as the impeachment and removal of J. D. Vance for his overt approval and support of every point on this list.
We have a feasible and workable plan to remove both Trump and Vance from office this year and appoint a new President from outside the Washington establishment. And yes, this is all 100% legal and constitutional.

We can do this - but we must act quickly.
